Aashirwad Properties

Aashirwad Properties is tucked away in DLF Qutab Enclave Phase II. Our specific address is L/17, A/5. We are quite close to the main parts of Phase II, which makes it a decent spot for a real estate office. It’s a quiet enough area most of the time, though things can pick up during the day. We’ve been operating out of this space for a bit now. It’s not a huge office, just a place where we keep our records and meet people. We handle property stuff for this part of the city. We aren't part of some big national chain. We’re just local people who know this enclave inside and out. If there’s a house for sale nearby, we probably know the history of it. We spend a lot of time on the phone and walking around the neighborhood to see what’s new. Sometimes we’re in the office all day, and other times we’re out showing people around. We don't use a lot of corporate talk or big promises. We just show the properties as they are. People seem to appreciate that we don't try to sugarcoat things too much. It’s a practical business and we run it in a practical way. The office might be a little cluttered with maps and papers, but we know where everything is. That’s how we like to work. It feels right being part of the local community.
