You can find Aashiana Realtors over at Shubham Plaza. We are on the lower ground floor, specifically 16 Sector 17 Sector 16. It’s right near the Sagar Cinema, which is a big landmark for anyone trying to find us. Being on the lower ground floor means it stays a bit cooler in the summer, which we appreciate. The office is pretty basic. We’ve got a few chairs and a table where we go over property listings. We handle real estate things for people around this area. It’s not a glamorous job, just a lot of checking documents and visiting different sites to see what they look like. We’ve been in this spot for a while now. The neighborhood around Sagar Cinema is always busy, so there’s always something going on outside. We aren't a big chain or anything. It's just us doing the work. Some days we are out most of the time showing houses, and other days we are stuck behind the desk catching up on notes. We try to be helpful when people come in with questions about buying or selling. It’s a lot of listening to what people want and then trying to find something that fits. We don’t use any fancy software or big presentations. We just talk and show what’s available. It works for us and the people who come to see us at Shubham Plaza. It is a simple life for us here.
