Aadharshila Property Mart

Aadharshila Property Mart is based at number 1, Sector-51 in the Kendriya Vihar area of Gurgaon. We are quite close to Sushant Tower, which most people use to find their way around here. Being in Sector-51 means we see a lot of families and people who work in the nearby offices. The office itself is a simple place where we manage the property mart. We have lists of homes and apartments taped up or in folders on the desk. It’s a very local operation. We aren't part of some big national chain. We just know this specific corner of Gurgaon really well. The walk from the main road to Kendriya Vihar is something we do a few times a day when we go to show a flat. It’s a busy part of town, especially in the mornings. We get a lot of people stopping by just because they saw the name while driving towards Sushant Tower. We don't have any fancy mission statements. We just help people find a place to stay or help them sell their current one. Sometimes the office gets crowded with a few neighbors just chatting about the local news or the price of land. It’s a relaxed environment. We try to keep things honest and just tell people what we know about the different blocks in the sector. It’s a lot of talking and walking.
