A Two Z Estate Agency

We operate out of number 6 in the Vijay Park area, inside the Vijay Complex. It is quite close to the DLF side of things, so we get a lot of people who work over there coming to look for flats. The complex itself is a bit older, but it is a solid place to work. We started this agency because we saw how hard it was for people to find decent places without getting confused by all the options. We just sit here and talk to whoever walks through the door. Usually, it is just two or three of us in the office at any time. We spend most of the day on our mobile phones or driving over to show houses to clients. It is not a glamorous job, but it is what we know and what we are good at. We have been in the Vijay Park area long enough to know the history of most buildings around here. We can tell you which ones have good water supply and which ones get a bit noisy on the weekends. That is the kind of stuff you won't find on the internet. We keep our records in a few big folders on the desk. Sometimes we get busy and the office gets a bit messy with maps and keys everywhere. We don't really mind the clutter. We prefer it this way rather than some cold, sterile corporate office setup.
