A To Property

We have been here at 192 Sector 31 for a good while now. It is really easy to find us since we are situated right near the Axis Bank. The office isn't anything fancy or high-tech, just a place where we sit down and talk about houses. Local people come in looking for a spot to rent or maybe buy something small. We know this sector pretty well because we spend all day walking around the different blocks here. It started out with just a couple of us helping friends find rooms. Now we do it full time. The traffic can get a bit loud outside sometimes but it is a good spot to work from. We keep a messy notebook of what is available nearby. Sometimes the keys are with us in the drawer, other times we have to call the owner first to meet us there. Dealing with the paperwork is the most boring part of the job but we get it done. Usually, one of us is here by 10 in the morning. If the door is locked, we are probably out showing a flat to someone. We don't have a big website or anything like that. Most folks just drop by after seeing our sign on the street. It is a simple setup. We try to keep things clear so there are not many surprises for you later on.
