You can find A L Realty tucked away at G 307 in the Sushant Shopping Arcade. Being in Sushant Lok means we see a lot of people coming through the mall every day. Our office isn't very large, but it serves its purpose for meeting clients and going over property details. We’ve been part of this arcade for a while now. Most of our work involves the residential blocks nearby. It’s a lot of coordinating between buyers and sellers, which can get a bit messy with all the scheduling. We spend a lot of time on the phone or walking over to different plots in Sushant Lok to check things out. It’s not a glamorous job, mostly just making sure the documents are right and the keys are where they should be. We don’t do big advertising. Most people just walk in while they are doing their other shopping in the arcade. It’s a convenient spot for us and for the people we work with. The shopping arcade is a busy place, so there’s always something going on outside our door. We just try to stay focused on the local property market here. It’s a straightforward business. We show people what’s on the market, explain the local rules, and help them get settled. It's a small team here, so you usually talk to the same person every time you come in. That’s just how we like to run things for everyone who stops by.
