Ra Processors

Our chicory processing unit is located out on Kasganj Road. If you drive down that way, you can’t really miss the Ra Processors site. It is a functional place, mostly designed for the heavy work we do every day. We spend a lot of our time around the drying and roasting equipment. The smell of chicory is pretty strong around here, but most of us have stopped noticing it after so many years on the job. It is a dusty environment, and the machines can be quite loud when they are all running at the same time. We don't have a big corporate office or anyone in fancy clothes walking around. It is just a team of local people who know how to handle the processing stages. The road outside is often busy with trucks bringing in raw materials or taking out the bags of finished product. We have been at this Kasganj Road spot for a while now. Some days are harder than others, especially when a machine breaks down or the weather is really humid, which can mess with the drying times. We don't do much in the way of advertising or self-promotion. Most people in the trade know us because we have been part of the local industry for so long. We just focus on getting the processing done right and making sure the batches move out on time. It is steady work and it keeps us busy from early morning.
