Madhur Building Material

Being out in Dholna Village means things move at a bit of a different pace. Madhur Building Material is located right in the Kasganj Block, near the Mohammadpur Gate. It’s easy to spot us because of the piles of sand or bricks sitting outside. We handle the heavy stuff that people need when they’re putting up a new wall or fixing a roof. It’s dusty work, especially when the wind picks up across the fields in Kasganj Tehsil. We spend a lot of time coordinating with tractor drivers to get materials delivered to different sites nearby. Often, someone from the village will just walk over to ask about the price of cement or how many bricks we have left in stock. We don’t have a fancy office. Most of the business happens right there on the edge of the road or under a small shade. The Mohammadpur Gate is a good landmark for people who aren't from around here. We’ve seen a lot of houses go up in this area over the years. It’s good to know we had a hand in it by supplying the stuff they needed. Rain can be a bit of a headache because we have to cover everything up fast with big plastic sheets, but that’s just part of dealing with building materials. We stay open pretty late if someone is in the middle of a big job and needs an extra load of sand. There is always someone coming by for a chat or to check our stock levels.
