We've been here on GT Road at the Buthiya Choraha for a while now. Most folks around here know where we are because of the machines parked out front. It’s Agro Fab Machineries (India) Pvt. Ltd., and we mostly focus on making and fixing gear for farms. It gets pretty loud and dusty in the shop during the day, especially when we are working on larger orders. We aren't a big fancy office. Most of us just wear work clothes and get our hands dirty every day. Sometimes the traffic on the main road makes it hard for trucks to pull in, but we manage. We’ve got a small crew of guys who know their way around metal and engines. If you come by, you'll probably see someone welding or painting something in the back. We try to keep things simple here without any of that corporate talk you see on the internet. It’s just us doing the work and making sure the equipment is ready when it needs to be. The weather gets really hot in the summer, which makes the workshop feel like an oven, but that’s just how it goes in this business. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby. You just walk in and find whoever is available to talk. That’s how we’ve always done it at this spot in Buthiya Choraha. We just keep our heads down and get through the pile of work we have.
