Thankarajathi Masala

We are located at 46/21 in Chavadipalayam, right here in Modakurichi. Thankarajathi Masala has been part of this neighborhood for a while now. Most days start pretty early because that’s just how things go with spices. You can usually find someone at the front or working in the back where the grinding and packing happens. It isn't a fancy place by any means. The walls are what you would expect for a workspace that handles a lot of powder and heavy sacks every single day. Modakurichi gets a bit warm in the afternoons, so we just keep the doors open to let some air in from the street. People from around here know the spot. We do not have a big sign or anything flashy. It is just the building number 46/21 and the work that gets done inside. If you walk past, you might see the bags piled up or hear the machines going. Sometimes the dust gets on everything, which means there is always some cleaning to do around the shelves. We just try to get the orders ready and keep things moving along. It is a simple setup really. No one here spends much time on computer stuff or big meetings. We just focus on the masala and making sure the day's work is finished before it gets too late.
