You can find us over at 7/624 in KK Nagar, which is part of the Rangampalayam area. The easiest way to explain where we are is to tell people to look for the Rangampalayam Police Station, because we are right near there. Being so close to the station makes it easy for people to give directions to our office. At Siva Shakthi Real Estate, we spend most of our time looking at maps and property documents. The office is pretty basic, just a couple of tables and some plastic chairs for when people come in to talk about land or houses. It gets a bit dusty sometimes because there is always some construction going on nearby in KK Nagar. We see a lot of people coming in with questions about which plots are available or how the paperwork for a sale works. It is not a very fast-paced job, but it keeps us busy enough throughout the week. Sometimes we have to go out and walk around the fields or the new layouts to see how things are looking. The tea seller down the road brings us cups a few times a day, which is always a nice break. We just try to keep things honest and straightforward with everyone who walks through the door. It is a local business and we like it that way, staying involved with what is happening in our own neighborhood. We’ve been here for years now and know every corner of this area.
