Even though the name says Chennai, we’re actually based out in the 638 052 pin code area. It’s a bit confusing for some, but that’s just how the registration ended up. We’re a small operation, mostly dealing with local supplies and some light manufacturing work. The area is much quieter than the actual city of Chennai, which we don't mind at all. We have a small shed and an office area where we keep the records. Most of the people working here live just a few minutes away, so there’s no long commute. We spend our mornings checking the inventory and the afternoons getting orders ready for dispatch. It’s a very laid-back environment compared to the big industrial parks. We don't have any fancy signs or a big reception desk. If someone needs us, they just walk into the yard and find one of us. We deal with a lot of agricultural businesses and small shops in the surrounding villages. The weather is usually hot, so we start early to get the physical work done before the sun is too high. We’ve been doing this for several years now, and we’ve got a good rhythm. We don't use any high-tech systems, just some basic computers and a lot of notebooks. It’s an honest living, and we’re happy to be part of the local community here. We just take it one day at a time without much fuss.
