Hotel Sivaranjani

Hotel Sivaranjani is at 177 Brough Road in Erode, 638001. It is a busy street and there is always something going on outside our front door. The building is a plain concrete structure that has been here for many years. We have a small entrance and a desk where we handle all the paperwork. There are several rooms on the upper floors and we spend a good part of our day going up and down to check on things. We don't have any big decorations or fancy carpets, just plain tiled floors that we sweep and mop every day. The noise from Brough Road is constant, with buses and cars going past all the time. We have a few staff members who help with the cleaning and the maintenance. We don't have a mission statement, we just open the doors every morning and do our work. The rooms are simple with basic furniture and a place to hang your clothes. We check the water levels in the tanks and make sure the lights are working. Most of our guests are people who are in town for business or just passing through. We just sit at the counter and wait for people to come in. It is a very straightforward local business and we don't try to make it seem like more than it is. We keep our register updated and handle the bills by hand. It’s just a normal way to run a small hotel in this part of town.
