Best Spices

You can find us at F8 in Brindhavan Garden, over in Chinna Modachur. It’s a quiet area in Gopi Checttipalayam. We have a small setup here where we pack and sell different kinds of spices. Despite the name, we aren't some huge corporation. It’s just a few of us working out of this space. We spend most of our mornings sorting through what came in the day before. The room is usually filled with the smell of turmeric or coriander, depending on what we are working on at the moment. We don't have a big storefront with glass windows. It looks more like a house from the outside, which confuses some people the first time they visit looking for a shop. We just have a small desk for paperwork and the rest of the space is for the bags and the weighing scales. We don’t really do anything fancy with the packaging. Just plain bags with a handwritten label so people know what’s inside. It’s a local operation, and we mostly sell to people nearby or small shops in the town. Sometimes the deliveries are late because of the roads, but we manage. We don’t have a big marketing budget or anything like that. We just focus on making sure the spices are clean and ready for the kitchen. It’s a steady job and we’ve been at this address for a few years now. Nothing too complicated, just a simple business doing its thing.
