Our place is right opposite House Number 4, and people usually recognize the area because of Kottaiyars House which is nearby. Erode is a busy town, especially with all the textile and transport activity, and our spot on APT Road sees a lot of action. The building we are in is quite old but it works for us. We handle a lot of things related to Maruti vehicles here. It’s not a shiny showroom like you see in the big cities, but more of a practical hub where the real work happens. Sometimes the road gets blocked when trucks are unloading nearby, so things can get a bit loud. We have a small staff and we’ve all been working together for years. Most of our customers are locals who know us by name. We spend a lot of time on the phone or talking to people who drop by. The office has a few old desks and some charts on the wall. It’s a simple setup. We don't bother with expensive furniture or air conditioning unless it's really needed. We just try to stay on top of the schedule and make sure the paperwork for the vehicles is in order. It’s a humble place, but it gets the job done.
