Our training center is way up on the fifth floor of Adonai Towers. It is located on SA Road in Kochi, which is a pretty well-known street. Being that high up gives us a bit of a view, though we are mostly focused on the training sessions we run. We have several rooms set up for the virtual training courses. It is usually quiet during the sessions, except for the hum of the air conditioning. We spend our mornings getting the equipment ready and making sure the connections are working right for the day's classes. The building itself is quite modern compared to some others in the area, which is nice. We have a small area where staff can sit and have lunch together. It gets busy around the elevators during the lunch hour when everyone is heading out. We don't do much marketing or anything; people usually find us because they need specific training for their jobs. It is a professional enough environment but we keep things relaxed among ourselves. Most of us have been working here since the office opened in this tower. We just focus on keeping the classes running smoothly and making sure the tech does not act up too much. It is a steady routine for us here in Kochi. We usually pack up and head out as soon as the last session finishes for the day.
