We’re over in the Thaikkattil Building on Azad Road in Kaloor. The specific spot is Pn No 65/1698, Pra 02 C. Kaloor is a busy place, but our office on Parekkatt Road feels a bit more tucked away from the main chaos. We have been here for some time now, working with people from all over the city. The office isn't very large. It’s just a few rooms where we keep our records and meet with folks. We spend a lot of our time going through documents and making sure the numbers add up. It’s not the most exciting work, but it’s important for the people who rely on us. Most of our day is spent talking to locals who drop in to check on their accounts. We don't have a big corporate hierarchy here. It's just a small team of us doing the legwork. Sometimes it gets a little loud with the traffic outside, but we’re used to it. We try to keep things simple and easy to understand. No one likes complicated forms, so we help people fill them out when they need a hand. It’s a practical setup. We have a couple of ceiling fans that work hard during the summer months. People know they can just come in and chat about their needs without a whole lot of fuss.
