Tj Poultry is a small business run out of Tharayil House in Kuthiathode. We are located at building number 9/661 in the Cherukadapuram area of Ernakulam. Poultry is a 24-hour job, honestly. The birds don't care if it's a holiday or if it's the middle of the night. Someone always has to be here to check on them and make sure they have what they need. It’s a family-run operation, and we’ve been at it for a while now. We aren't a giant commercial factory. We are just a local private limited company doing our work in the neighborhood. The yard is usually noisy and there’s always something to clean. It’s not the cleanest job in the world, but it’s what we know. We don’t use any corporate jargon or try to sound bigger than we are. We just provide poultry to the people around here. Sometimes we have issues with the feed prices or the weather gets too humid for the birds, but we manage. We are just regular people from Kerala working hard to make a living. If you come down to N Kuthiathode, you’ll find us easily enough. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of place. We don’t have time for fancy talk when there are eggs to collect and birds to feed. We just keep our heads down and get on with the chores.
