Lakh Marine Privatelimited operates out of an apartment in Tripunithura. Specifically, we are in Flat H-3 of the Anjaneya Apartments on Elamana Road. It’s a bit unusual for a marine company to be in a flat, but it works perfectly for us. We don't need a giant warehouse to handle the administrative side of the marine business. Ernakulam is a busy place, and being in Tripunithura keeps us close to everything without being in the middle of the heavy city traffic. We spend a lot of time on the phone and on our computers, sorting out the details for marine projects. It’s a small team here. We don't have a lobby or a receptionist to greet you. Usually, it's just one of us opening the door if someone stops by. We aren't into big marketing pushes or trying to look bigger than we are. We are just a private limited company trying to navigate the marine industry. The apartment is quiet, which helps us focus on the complicated logistics that come with this kind of work. Sometimes we get a bit cramped with all the files, but we make it work. It’s a very grounded way to run a business. We focus on the daily tasks and making sure our clients get what they need without any fuss or corporate nonsense. It might not be the standard way to do things, but it’s our way.
