Slk Associates Llp has its base at 50/174 on Aponevazhai Road in Edappally. If you know this part of Kerala, you know Edappally is always moving, but our road is a little tucked away from the main traffic. We’ve been operating from this building for quite some time now. It’s a simple setup where we handle all sorts of associate work and client files. We aren’t a big firm with hundreds of employees; we are just a small group of people who know how to get things done. The office has that lived-in feel, with stacks of papers and folders everywhere you look. We don’t spend money on fancy decorations because it doesn’t really change how we work. Most of our day is spent talking to people or typing out reports. Sometimes the rain in Kerala makes the roof a bit noisy, but we just keep working through it. We like being in Edappally because everything is close by, even if the roads get flooded during the monsoon. It’s a practical location for us. We don’t put on any acts here. If you come by, you’ll see us just as we are, probably busy with a cup of coffee nearby. We’ve gotten to know the other shop owners on the road over the years. It feels like a small community, which makes coming to work every morning a lot easier. We just do our best to stay organized and helpful.
