Original Tellicherry Kitchen Llp

Our kitchen, known as Original Tellicherry Kitchen Llp, is located in the Kochi Corporation area. Specifically, we are at Door No.33/2338 in Punnurunthi, which is part of Poonithura Village in Kanayannur Taluk. It’s a busy part of town. We spend most of our hours in the kitchen area. It gets quite hot in there, especially when everything is running at once. We aren't a big chain restaurant or anything like that. We are just a limited liability partnership trying to keep things running. There are a few of us who have been here since the start. We handle the cooking, the cleaning, and the local deliveries ourselves. The building is an older one, but it has enough space for what we need. We don't use any fancy management techniques. We just cook what needs to be cooked and make sure it gets to where it’s going. Sometimes the traffic in Kochi makes things late, which is frustrating, but we do our best. The kitchen is always noisy with the sound of pans and people talking. We don't have a glossy brochure or a mission statement on the wall. We just have a list of things to do every morning. It’s a practical way to live. We’ve been part of the Poonithura community for a while now and we know many of the people who live nearby. It’s just our daily life, and we are quite content with the way things are going.
