Our place is called Arackal House, and it's located out in Aimury, near Kunnathunad. It’s a bit different because we aren’t in one of those tall glass buildings in the city center. Being in a house makes the whole mentoring thing feel a lot more relaxed. You walk in and it feels like a regular home, which we think helps people open up a bit more. We’ve been here in the Ernakulam district for some time now, and the 683544 area is a nice spot to work from. There’s a bit more green around us than in the middle of town. We mostly spend our days talking to people who need a bit of direction or someone to look over their plans. It’s quiet here, which is good for thinking. We don’t have a big reception desk or a bunch of security guards. You just come to Arackal House and we sit down to talk. We handle a lot of different requests, mostly from people looking for a bit of direction in their professional lives. The pace here is steady but not rushed. Sometimes we sit outside if the weather is okay. It’s just a small team of us working together. We don’t go for the polished corporate look because that’s not really who we are. We just want to provide a space where people can get some honest advice without any pressure. It works for us.
