Lalz Ice Cream

We are based out in Udyogamandal, which is part of the Eloor area. It’s more of an industrial zone around here, so you see a lot of factories and workers. It’s not the kind of place people come for a stroll, but we’re here for the people who work in the area. The air can be a bit heavy sometimes because of all the plants nearby. Our shop is pretty basic. We don’t have much in the way of style. It’s just a place to get some ice cream and take a break from the heat of the factory floor. We’ve been in Eloor for a while now. The routine is the same every day. We arrive, check the freezers, and get everything ready for the lunch rush. Most of the guys from the nearby units come in during their breaks. They usually look pretty worn out, so we just let them sit for a bit. We don't have any corporate goals or anything like that. We're just a small business trying to stay afloat like everyone else. The building we’re in is nothing special, just concrete and some paint that's peeling in the corners. It’s practical. We keep the prices as fair as we can. It’s a quiet life most of the time, except when the shift changes and everyone comes in at once. Then it’s a bit of a scramble to get everyone served.
