Kkra Diary Products India is based in a place called Karingamthuruth. We are in the Puthussery Building, which is unit XV/67 in the Kongorpilly area. It’s a bit of a trek if you’re coming from the main city, but it’s a solid place to run a dairy business. We aren't a massive company with hundreds of employees. We’re just a small group of people working out of this building. Dairy work is tough because it’s a seven-day-a-week kind of job. The cows don't take holidays and neither do we. We spend most of our time making sure the processing is done right and that everything is kept clean. The building isn't brand new or anything, but it serves our purpose well enough. We have a routine that starts very early in the morning when most people are still asleep. Kongorpilly is a quiet area mostly, so we don't have too many distractions. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy website. Most of our customers come to us because they know where we are and they trust what we do. We try to keep things simple. We focus on the product and the local delivery routes. It can be exhausting when the equipment acts up or the weather is bad, but we just fix it and keep moving. It’s just us, the milk, and the daily grind here in Karingamthuruth.
