Kk Associates

Kk Associates is run out of Konneth House in Poonathura, which is in the Kochi district. It’s more of a home-office environment than a corporate suite. We like it that way because it feels more relaxed and less stiff. The building is surrounded by some greenery, which is a nice change from the crowded parts of the city. We deal with various associate tasks, mostly paperwork and consulting for people in the area. Our desks are usually covered in piles of documents and half-empty coffee mugs. We don't have a uniform or a strict dress code. You might find us working in casual clothes on a Tuesday afternoon. The fan overhead keeps the humid Kochi air moving, which is necessary most of the year. People stop by Konneth House when they need help with their projects or legal bits, and we sit down and talk it through. There aren't any scripted speeches or polished presentations here. We just explain things as they are. Sometimes the neighbor’s dog barks during our meetings, but we just laugh it off. It’s a very local way of doing things. We’ve been in Poonathura long enough that people know our faces. We don't try to be the biggest firm in the city. We just want to do our work well and stay connected to the community around us. It’s a quiet life at Kk Associates, and we wouldn't have it any other way.
