Indiaker Spices Private Limited

Indiaker Spices is located at 15/428, Surumi Manzil. We are in Kanjiramattom, which is a nice part of Ernakulam. The business is basically run out of this building, and it’s a very hands-on kind of place. Spices are a messy business if you’re doing it right. There’s always fine powder in the air and the strong scent of chilies or coriander depending on the day. We spend hours weighing things out and putting them into bags. It’s repetitive work, but you have to be careful with the weights. The building is just a regular local structure, nothing fancy or modern about it. We have some sturdy tables and a few scales that we use all day long. In Kanjiramattom, the weather can be quite hot, so we try to get the heaviest work done in the early morning hours. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. It’s just a handful of us who live nearby and show up every day to handle the spices. We don't spend money on big ads or anything like that. We just focus on making sure the spices are sorted properly and sent out to whoever needs them. Sometimes the spice dust makes us sneeze, but you get used to it after a while. It’s just a normal day for us at Surumi Manzil, keeping things moving and staying busy until it's time to head home.
