Our office is Gs2 in Heavenly Plaza, which is located in the Padamughal area of Kakkanad. Being on the ground floor makes it easy for people to find us, though the plaza itself is quite big. It’s a busy building in Ernakulam, so there is always a lot of noise and people moving around in the hallways. We have a small space with a couple of partitioned areas and a few desks. It’s not very fancy, just some basic furniture and computers. We have a water cooler in the corner that everyone gathers around when they want a break. The window looks out toward the parking area, so we mostly just see cars and bikes. Most of us have been working together for a while, so we don't need a lot of rules to get things done. We just come in, check what needs to be fixed or finished, and get to it. The area around Padamughal has a lot of little cafes and tea shops, which is where we usually end up during our lunch hour. We don't bother with corporate polish or anything like that. We just provide a place for our staff to work and for things to get organized. It’s a functional office in a good location, and that’s about all there is to it. We keep our heads down and focus on the daily grind without any extra drama.
