I S P & ASSOCIATES LLP

We are located over in Kadavanthra, right in the Aswathy Building on the second floor. It's on Manghat Lane, which is usually a bit quieter than the main roads in Ernakulam, though parking can sometimes be a bit of a puzzle for people visiting. I S P & ASSOCIATES LLP has been based here for a while. We like the area because it’s central but tucked away enough that we can focus on the tasks. The office has desks, some chairs, and the usual stuff you’d expect. It’s a plain space where we spend most of our hours. Ernakulam is a busy place to be, and having a spot like this works out for us. The building is mostly other small offices too. You take the stairs up to the second floor and we are right there at 54/3161A. We don't really do much in the way of decorating. It’s just a practical office for practical work. Most people who come by know the lane well. The weather in Kerala can make the walk interesting depending on the season, but we stay dry inside. It’s a typical local business setup. We keep to ourselves mostly and just get through the pile of things on the desk. Sometimes we grab tea from the stall nearby when we need a break. That’s pretty much the daily routine here at the office. It’s just a regular building in a regular lane.
