Focus Electronics & Duty Paid Shop is located in the Royal Tower on Electronic Street in Pallimukku. As the name of the street suggests, there are a lot of similar shops nearby, so it’s a very competitive and lively area. Royal Tower is a well-known building, which makes it easy to tell people where to go. We have been running things from this shop for a while. The shelves are usually packed with all sorts of gadgets and items. It can get a bit cramped when there are a few customers inside at once. Pallimukku is a part of town that always feels like it’s on the move. We get all kinds of people walking in, some who know exactly what they want and others who are just looking around. We just try to keep things organized, though it’s hard when new stock arrives and we have to find space for it. The lighting in the shop is bright, and we have the radio on sometimes to pass the time. It is a straightforward business. We don't have any big fancy speeches about what we do. We just open the shutters in the morning and wait to see who comes through the door. Being on Electronic Street means we are right in the thick of things. It is a good place to be if you like staying busy and seeing a lot of different faces every day. We just keep at it.
