Over in Thodupuzha, near Kochi, you will find the Idea N U Showroom Thodupuzha. It’s a bit of a drive if you aren't already in the area, but for the locals, we are just right there. The showroom is simple. We put the stuff out, keep it clean, and wait for people to stop by. Sometimes the traffic on the way toward Kochi gets backed up, which affects when our deliveries show up. It’s a bit frustrating but that’s just life on these roads. We have a small group of people working here who mostly just want to do a decent day's work and go home. We don't have any big corporate manuals telling us how to smile or what to say. We just talk to people like they are neighbors because usually, they are. The space inside is mostly filled with what we sell, so there isn't much room for extra fluff. We keep the floors swept and the displays as neat as we can get them. Thodupuzha is a nice enough place to be based. It has its own pace, a bit slower than the main city parts, which we appreciate. We aren't doing anything revolutionary here. Just keeping a local shop going and making sure we stay honest about what we have. If the door is open, someone is inside ready to help, even if they're just finishing their lunch.
