You can find Flavourbox Foods at Door No. 67/1624 on Ashirbhavan Lane. That’s right off Banerjee Road in Kacheripady. If you know Ernakulam, you know how hectic that area can get. Our lane is a bit narrower and a little quieter, but the city noise is always there. We do a lot of our food work in a space that’s been set up to handle prep and packing. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes when a lot of supplies come in at once. We have to move quickly to get everything stored away. The air usually smells like whatever we are prepping that day. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations on the walls or a big lobby. It’s just a functional workspace with a lot of stainless steel and plastic bins. Every morning starts with a list of what needs to be done, and we just work through it until the sun goes down. Banerjee Road is always backed up with traffic, so we try to get our deliveries out early to avoid the worst of it. It’s a lot of coordination and trying to stay organized in a small space. We have a few people working here who have been with us for a while, so we all know our roles. It’s just a normal Ernakulam business trying to get things right one day at a time, without any fuss or drama.
