Fine Arts Plastics

Our place is located in Kathrikadavu, over in the Kaloor area. It’s a straightforward setup where we deal with a lot of plastic sheets and materials. The shop floor is usually covered in small scraps and offcuts from whatever we were working on that morning. It smells a bit like chemicals and heated plastic, which is just the way it is in this line of work. We have some heavy-duty cutting tools and a few workbenches that have seen better days. They are scarred with scratches and marks from years of use. We don't have a fancy office upstairs, just a small corner with a desk and a ledger where we keep track of things. The neighborhood is a mix of houses and small businesses, so we know most of the people nearby. It can get pretty loud when the saws are running, so we usually wear ear protection. When the machines are off, it's actually quite peaceful. We don't really have a sales team or a marketing person. Most of the time, we are just out on the floor getting our hands dirty. It’s physical work and it can be tiring when the weather is hot. We just keep our heads down and get the orders ready for whenever the customers come to pick them up. It’s a simple business and we’ve been at it for quite a while now.
