Coco Habit Coconut Products Llp is tucked away in Choornikkara, specifically in Tower 1 of MB Heights. If you are driving along NH 47 near Thaikkattukara, you are basically right next to where we work. We run things from Flat 17A. It might seem a bit strange to have a coconut business running from a flat in a heights building at Company Pady, but it works for what we need. We spend our time dealing with all sorts of coconut-based stuff. It’s Kochi, so coconuts are everywhere, but we try to do something useful with them for our customers. The traffic on the highway can be a real pain some days, especially when we are trying to get things moved around for a delivery. We aren't a big corporate office with hundreds of people in suits. Most of the time it’s just us trying to keep the orders organized and making sure the quality is what it should be. The heat here in Kerala is no joke, so we appreciate being inside the building. We’ve been at this for a bit now and have gotten used to the rhythm of the local market. People around here know the address well enough. It’s a straightforward setup. No big billboards or flashy signs, just a small team working out of a residential-style office to get coconut products out. It keeps us busy from morning until late evening most weeks, just trying to keep up with the demand.
