Kaloor is always buzzing, which we like. It feels like you're right in the middle of everything. We do consulting and brokerage work, which basically means we spend a lot of time talking and looking at contracts. It’s not the most exciting work to hear about, but it keeps the lights on. We don't have a big fancy reception area. If you come by, you'll just see us at our desks working away. We aren't into that corporate culture where everyone wears a tie and pretends to be important. We just wear what’s comfortable and focus on the tasks at hand. Sometimes the noise from the road can be a bit much, but you get used to it after a while. We’ve got a good handle on how the local market works around here. It’s a lot about who you know and keeping your word. We try to be straight with people and not overcomplicate things.
