Our office is in the Blue Tower right at Edachira Junction. If you know the Thengode area, it is easy to find because of the color of the building. We spend most of our time dealing with heaps of paperwork for students wanting to go abroad. There are folders everywhere on the desks. It can get pretty hectic when application deadlines are coming up. We have a few cabins where we sit and talk to people about their plans. The traffic outside at the junction is always loud, so we usually keep the windows shut. It is a busy spot. We have a small waiting area with some old chairs. We usually have a pile of university prospectuses on the table that people flip through. We are not a huge company, just a local team trying to sort out visas and admissions. Sometimes the printer jams when we have a lot of forms to do. We usually start around ten and stay until the work is finished. People come from all over the city to ask about colleges. We do not have any fancy posters, just some maps on the wall. It is a straightforward office. We handle a lot of phone calls during the day. Sometimes we have to stay late to talk to people in different time zones. It is just a regular workplace in a busy part of town. The Blue Tower has other offices too, so the stairs stay busy.
