If you go to the second floor of the Metro Palace building, you will find us right on Town Railway Station Road in Ernakulam. It’s a very busy part of Cochin. If you look out the window, you can see the trains and all the people rushing to catch them. Being on the second floor means we are a little bit away from the noise of the street, but you can still feel the energy of the city. The office is quite large, and we have different sections for the various education programs we handle. It’s a lot of paperwork and talking to students about their future plans. We try to keep things moving along. The building itself is quite well-known in this area, so we get a lot of walk-ins. It’s not a fancy place, just a functional office with lots of chairs and desks. We spend our days answering questions and helping people figure out their next steps. The walk up the stairs can be a bit of a workout, but there is an elevator if you need it. We’ve been in Metro Palace for quite some time. It’s a good spot for us because we are right in the middle of everything. Most of the staff live nearby, so we all know the area well. It’s a busy, noisy, and active place to work, but we wouldn't have it any other way. We just keep the doors open.
