Caravan Ice Cream is located right at the Broadway South End in Cochin. Our shop number is 67/8328, under the Cochin Corporation. If you know Broadway, you know it's always crowded and full of life. It’s a bit chaotic, but that’s the charm of this part of town. The shop itself is quite small. We’ve been here for a good amount of time. It’s the 682031 area, which is right in the heart of things. We sell ice cream, obviously. We don't have a fancy lounge or anything like that. People usually just stop by, get what they want, and keep walking. It gets very hot in Cochin, so we stay pretty busy most days. The freezers are always humming in the background. Sometimes they break down, and that’s a real stress. But we get them fixed and carry on. We don’t have a big corporate story. We just opened a shop and stayed open. The staff knows most of the regular faces who pass by every day. It’s a simple life in a busy market. We don't do much advertising. People just see us when they’re shopping for other things. It’s a local business, run by local people. We focus on keeping the stock full and the shop clean. That’s about all there is to it. Just an ice cream spot on Broadway. We might run out of certain flavors by evening, but that's how it goes in a place like this.
