Cadd Centre Cochin

We are located at number 41/1771 in the Pattarumadam Building. We’re on the second floor. If you know where Sudheendra Hospital is on Chitoor Road, we are right across from it. Kacheripadi is a busy area to be in. Cadd Centre Cochin is where we work every day. The building is a bit older, and the stairs are just regular concrete ones. We’ve got a few rooms where we keep our stuff. It’s not the most modern place, but it serves our purposes just fine. Being opposite a hospital means there’s always an ambulance or some traffic nearby. You get used to the noise after a few days. We’ve got our office chairs and some desks that have seen better days. We don't really worry about the looks of the place too much. It’s more about getting the work done. Chitoor Road is a main path for a lot of people. We see the same faces passing by every morning when we arrive. We just open up and start our day like anyone else. There’s a tea shop downstairs where we go sometimes when we need a break. It’s a simple life here in Kacheripadi. We’ve been in this building for quite a bit now and it feels like a second home. The walls could use some paint, but we don't mind. We just focus on what's in front of us. It's a practical spot for a business.
