Builder Plast

Builder Plast is over at G-11 in the Shopping Complex on Convent Road in Cochin. Our shop is right opposite the Ernakulam Public Library, which is a very well-known landmark in the city. It’s actually a nice spot to be in because the area has a lot of history and there are always people visiting the library or the surrounding shops. We specialize in plastic products used for building and construction. The shop itself is part of a larger complex, so we have neighbors on both sides doing all sorts of different businesses. We aren't a huge corporation; we are just a small local outlet where you can come and get what you need without much fuss. The shelves are filled with pipes, fittings, and other plastic goods. It’s often quite bright inside during the day because of the way the sun hits the front of the complex. We don’t use any complicated sales pitches. If a contractor or a homeowner comes in looking for a specific joint or a piece of tubing, we just find it for them and that’s it. Sometimes we have a chat about the weather or the traffic on Convent Road while we wrap things up. It’s a straightforward way to run a business and we’ve been doing it this way for a good while now. You can find us here most days from morning until late in the afternoon. We like being part of the Cochin community and meeting all the different people who walk through our door.
