We started this little spice and food thing over at Sai Sanku in Mango. It's really just a small setup run from A K Ghosh's place. Jamshedpur has always been home, and we figured people here need decent spices for their daily cooking. It gets busy around here, especially with the traffic in Mango, but we manage to get things done. We aren't a big factory or anything, just some local folks trying to put together good ingredients that taste right. Most days involve a lot of sorting through bags and making sure the packets are sealed up well. It isn't fancy work, but it keeps us busy. My cousin helps out with the deliveries when he can. We’ve been at this address for a bit now, near the main roads where everything happens. Sometimes the weather makes it hard to dry things out properly, but we deal with it as it comes. It's just a regular business. We don't have a big office with glass walls, just a practical space where we work. People stop by sometimes to ask what we’re packing today. It's nice to be part of the neighborhood like that. We just focus on the spices and the food products we handle. It's simple work but it's ours. We hope the flavors we put out make it into a few local kitchens without any fuss. That's really all there is to it. Just us working in Jamshedpur every day.
