Vinayam Pre Cacademy

Our little spot is located in the Sonari area of Jamshedpur, which is a pretty busy part of the city. Vinayam Pre Cacademy is where we spend most of our waking hours. It is a place for the younger kids, so you can imagine it gets quite noisy from time to time. We start our mornings by making sure all the toys are in the right bins and the floors are swept clean. Jamshedpur is an industrial town, but our corner stays relatively tucked away from the heaviest traffic. The rooms are decorated with drawings the kids made, and we have some mats for them to sit on. It is not a large building, but it has enough room for everyone to move around. We don't have a big team of administrators or any corporate office. It is just a handful of us who like working with children and live in the nearby streets. Most of the parents are our neighbors, so we end up chatting at the gate for a long time during pick-up.
