Our office is on the ground floor of Gitanjali Inclave. It is right there on the Main Road in Bistupur so it is quite easy to spot when you are walking by. Being in Jamshedpur, we see all kinds of people coming in for help with their travel plans. We do a lot of different things like booking cars or sorting out train and flight tickets. The space is simple and we keep it clean enough for visitors. Since we are on the ground floor people just pop in while they are doing their other shopping or work in the area. It gets quite hectic sometimes especially when the holiday season is coming up. We have been doing this for a bit now and we know the local routes pretty well. There are always many maps and schedules laying around the desks. We try to give people the info they need without making it too confusing for them. The street outside is always full of noise but inside we just focus on the computer screens and the work we have to do. Sometimes we have to spend a lot of time on hold with the airlines or the railway folks but that is just part of the job. We don't have any big corporate rules here we just talk to people and help them get their tickets. It is a small team and we all do a bit of everything to keep things moving. We stay open most days and just deal with whatever comes up.
