Our office is over in the Astta Apartment in Batia Basti, right here in Kadma. It’s a quiet enough area, and we’ve been running Singh Travel from here for some time now. We aren't a big agency with hundreds of employees. It is more of a family-type setup where we know our customers by name. We mostly help people with their travel needs around Jamshedpur and beyond. Whether it’s a car for a day or a longer trip, we try to make sure things run smoothly. We know the roads around here can be a bit rough, so we keep our vehicles in decent shape. It’s not always easy running a small business, especially with how everything is moving online these days, but we still think people like having a real person to talk to. You don't get that with an app. If there’s a problem at midnight, we’re the ones who pick up the phone. That’s just how we operate. We started this because we liked the idea of helping people see new places or just get to work on time. Kadma is a nice part of town, and being based in an apartment building makes it feel more like a neighborly business. We keep our paperwork simple and don't try to sell people things they don't need.
