Crux India

Crux India is located in Gadhra, which is out in West Singhbhum. It is a quiet area most of the time, though you get the usual noise from the road. We started this because we wanted to have something local here. It’s not like being in a big city where everything is impersonal. Here in West Singhbhum, people recognize you. Our building is easy to find if you know the landmarks in Gadhra. Inside, it’s mostly just us working on whatever projects are currently on the table. We don't use big words to describe what we do. It’s just work. Some days are slow, and we spend time organizing the shelves or checking the inventory. Other days, everyone is moving fast to get things finished. We don’t have a marketing team or people in suits. We wear what’s comfortable for the weather. The rains can be heavy around here, which sometimes slows things down, but that’s just life in this part of the country. We have our routine. We show up, make some tea, and get started. It feels good to be part of the local community in Gadhra. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just a reliable one that stays put. People know they can find us at our address when they need to talk. It's a straightforward setup for straightforward people. We've been here for a while and don't plan on moving. Our work keeps us busy enough to stay out of trouble.
