You can find us over in Bistupur at the Yashkamal Complex. We are on the first floor in room 109. It is right on the Main Road so the area is always moving with people and cars. We spend our days here handling whatever comes through the door. Mostly it is about travel arrangements and getting things sorted for trips. The complex is a busy spot with lots of other shops around. It gets a bit noisy during the day because of the traffic outside. We have a few desks set up and we spend a lot of time checking on bookings. Sometimes the paperwork piles up but we get through it eventually. We have been in Jamshedpur for a while now and people know the spot. It is a straightforward kind of place without any big showy decorations. We just focus on the work at hand. If the power goes out or the internet is slow we just wait it out like everyone else. People come up the stairs and ask about different travel options they saw online or heard about from friends. We look into it for them and see what can be done. It is a regular routine of answering calls and typing out details. Nothing too complicated but it keeps us busy from morning till we close up. We are just a local team doing our thing in the city and keeping it simple every single day. Usually we are here from early morning until the sun goes down.
