Cognious Labs Private Limited

Our small office is tucked away in Laldih, right in the Ghatshila area. We are based out of Shree Krishna Kunja, which is actually the house of Shubhash Ch Paul. It’s a quiet part of East Singhbhum, far from the big city rush. Most of us here grew up in this region or nearby, so we know the local vibe well. Working from a residential setting like this makes things feel more personal and less like a cold corporate environment. We spend our days at Cognious Labs Private Limited mostly looking at screens and trying to figure things out. The surroundings are pretty green, which is nice when we look out the window. Life moves at a bit of a slower pace here in Ghatshila compared to Jamshedpur or Ranchi. We have our desks set up in a simple way. There isn't any fancy decor or big signs outside. Just a group of people working together in a familiar house. It’s been our base for a bit now. Sometimes the internet acts up when it rains, but we manage. We usually take a lunch break and sit together. It’s a modest setup but it works for what we need. Being in Purba Singhbhum gives us a bit of peace to focus on our projects. We don't really have a lot of visitors, but that’s okay. We just keep our heads down and do the work we have assigned for the day.
