Cap-Peo Management Group

We are located in Jaiaw Laitdom, right by Pearly Dew School here in Shillong. It’s a nice area, usually filled with the sounds of kids playing or people walking to the local shops. Our management group works out of a simple office space. We don’t have fancy glass walls or high-tech security. It’s just a room with some desks, chairs, and our filing cabinets. Being in Meghalaya, we get used to the mist and the rainy days, which sometimes makes us want to just stay inside and drink tea all afternoon. But there is always management work to be done. We help people keep their projects and businesses organized. It’s not flashy work, but it keeps things moving. We’ve been here for a while and have a good rhythm going. We don’t try to sound like we are from a big city. We’re local, and we talk to our clients like neighbors because they usually are. Sometimes the power goes out when there’s a storm, and we just light a few candles and keep talking. It’s a very human way of doing business. We don’t have a big corporate plan; we just try to be useful and do a decent job for anyone who walks through the door. It’s honest work, done by people who actually care about what’s happening in our community. We just keep our heads down and do the task.
