We are over here in Gandhipuram, Rajahmundry. The address is 76-6-11/10 and it’s a pretty easy spot to find if you know the East Godavari area well. Viswa Software Solutions Private Limited isn’t some giant corporation with hundreds of floors or a fancy lobby. We are just a local team working on software stuff every single day. Most of us grew up around here so we know the local vibe pretty well. Usually, the mornings start with everyone arriving on their bikes and getting some tea from the stall nearby before starting the computers. We spend our hours sitting in front of screens, trying to figure out why some code isn't working or how to fix a bug for a client. It gets quite warm in the afternoons, Rajahmundry heat is no joke, but we have the fans and AC going to keep us sane. We don’t have fancy uniforms or anything like that. People just come in, do their work, and we chat about cricket or what’s happening in the news during our lunch breaks. It’s a simple setup. We’ve been at this for a bit now and the office feels like a second home to most of us. Sometimes clients drop by to talk about their projects, and we just sit around the table and figure things out. It’s not always perfect, and we have our stressful days when deadlines are close, but we get through it together as a small group.
