Srb Kakarla Agro Farms Private Limited is located at Plot No.22 in the Ida area of Ramanayya Peta, Kakinada. Being in East Godavari means we are right in the heart of a very green part of Andhra Pradesh. Our setup is a bit more on the industrial side since we are in the Ida, but it’s still all about the farms and the crops. We spend our time managing the land and seeing what plants are going to do well each season. The office is usually a bit of a mess with maps and soil reports scattered around, but we know where everything is. It’s a small team here, just a handful of us who have known each other for a long time. We aren't into the whole corporate lifestyle; we'd much rather be out in the dirt checking the plants than sitting under a fan all day. The roads around here can get busy with all the transport going on, and sometimes it's a bit loud with the machinery nearby. We just focus on the work at hand. Whether it's sorting out fertilizers or talking to the laborers about the harvest schedule, there's always a task waiting. We've had some good years and some lean ones, but that's just the nature of agro business. We just keep showing up and doing what needs to be done to keep the farm moving forward day by day. That's our routine.
