Out here in Samalkot, on ADB Road, you'll find Rak Ceramics India Pvt. Ltd. We are located at P.B. No. 11 in the IDA Peddapuram area of East Godavari. It’s a big site because making ceramics takes up a lot of room. There are kilns and storage areas and places where the raw materials are kept. The weather in Andhra Pradesh can get pretty hot, and that doesn't make the work any easier, but we've got a rhythm down. We see a lot of activity every day with trucks coming in to pick up loads of tiles and bathroom fixtures. It’s a busy operation, and there’s always a bit of noise from the machinery. We have a lot of people working here from the local area. It’s not a quiet office job; it’s more about the production and making sure the factory lines keep moving. The road outside can get dusty when the wind picks up, but that’s just life in Samalkot. We’ve been part of this landscape for a while now. Most days are just about hitting our numbers and making sure the quality is decent before things get packed into crates. It takes a lot of coordination to keep a place this size running smoothly, and things don't always go perfectly, but we fix what needs fixing and carry on. It’s a solid, practical place to work, and we’re just one part of the industrial hub here on ADB Road.
